TECSAS Srl è presente sul mercato fin dal 1978 ed è uno dei maggiori produttori italiani di Sistemi di Misura della Portata ed Elementi primari per la misura della Portata. Attualmente, dispone di uno stabilimento di 10000 mq. al cui interno vi sono reparti di Saldatura automatizzata e manuale, Calandratura, Torneria CNC, Laboratori per prove idrauliche, reparti di Verniciatura e isole d’Imballaggio e Spedizione. La progettazione è completamente a cura dell'Ufficio Tecnico interno, ed è svolta in accordo alle più diffuse norme del settore quali ISO 5167, UNI 10023, DIN 1952, ASME PTC 19.5, BS 1042, AFNOR NF X10-102. TECSAS Srl utilizza un Sistema di Qualità certificato ISO 9001:2000 da DNV (Det Norske Veritas). I procedimenti di saldatura utilizzati prevedono l'utilizzo di Posizionatori automatici lineari e circolari, Robot di saldatura antropomorfi e Isole di saldatura manuale. Le tecniche utilizzate coprono un’ampia gamma di necessità produttive: SMAW (a elettrodo), GMAW o MIG (a filo continuo ad arco pulsato), TIG (ad arco in atmosfera gassosa) e SAW (ad arco sommerso). Ciascuna delle suddette tecniche è certificata con Qualifica di saldatura (WPS-PQR) in accordo alle norme ASME ed EN.

Since 1978, TECSAS Srl is one of the most important italian manufacturers of Flow measurement Systems and Primary Elements for Flow measurement Systems. Actually, inside the 10000 sm factory, you will find various Automated and Manual welding areas, Calandering machines, CNC Lathes, Hydraulic test Laboratories, Painting areas and Packing & Shipment areas. The design of all products is totally performed by the internal Technical and Design Office, according to the most important Flow measurement standards like ISO 5167, UNI 10023, DIN 1952, ASME PTC 19.5, BS 1042, AFNOR NF X10-102. All TECSAS procedures are stated by a Quality System that was certified ISO 9001:2000 by DNV (Det Norske Veritas) on year 2005. TECSAS's Welding Procedures set is wide enough to permit the use of a wide range of circular and linear welding Positioners, anthropomorph welding Robots and manual welding Generators. All most important welding techniques are implemented by our operators: SMAW (shielded electrode), GMAW or MIG (pulsed arc with continuous wire), TIG (tungsten inert gas) e SAW (submerged arc). Each one of the above techniques is certified by a WPS-PQR according to ASME and EN welding standards.
